Our Story
Welcome to Sugar & Spice Custom Creations! We are a small, family-owned business nestled in the beautiful foothills of Southwest Virginia, right in the heart of the New River Valley (NRV).
Our journey began as a mother-daughter duo, Jennifer and Ashley, crafting beautiful, handmade jewelry and unique crafts to sell on Etsy. For those who know us, the name Sugar and Spice perfectly captures their creative dynamic! Before long, Dad (Jerry) joined the team, bringing his own passion for tech-driven crafting. Today, Jerry focuses on precision work, using 3D printing technology, laser cutting and etching, and sublimation printing to create vibrant custom items like personalized mugs.

Jerry brings digital designs into the physical world. Specializing in high-quality 3D printed items, precise laser engraving, and custom sublimation, he handles our custom drinkware and structural crafts. If you can dream it up, Jerry can likely print, cut, or press it!

Where to Find Us
While our website is brand new and still growing, we love connecting with our community in person! We regularly set up shop at various craft shows around the New River Valley and beyond. You can most frequently find us at the Uptown Mall (formerly the New River Valley Mall) in Christiansburg, VA. We attend most events there and always post announcements on our channels letting you know exactly when and where we’ll be next.
Shipping & Local Pickup
We happily ship our creations anywhere you wish! However, if you are local to the NRV area, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. We will gladly arrange a convenient local meeting spot to hand off your items and save you the cost of shipping.
Prefer to shop on Etsy?
Most of our listings are maintained in both places while we finish building this new site. We also plan to keep the Etsy shop open for those who prefer that platform. However there will be some items that may be site specific.
