Thank you for shopping with Sugar & Spice Custom Creations. We take great pride in our handmade products. If you need to return an item, please review our policy guidelines below.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the original shipping date. If 30 days have passed since your order was shipped, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in the same new condition as they arrived.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Items must show no signs of wear, marks, or damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and the unique nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Wearable Jewelry: Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other wearable accessories.
- Straw Toppers: Any items intended for use with drinkware.
- Custom-Made Products: Any items that have been personalized or custom-manufactured specifically for a customer.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Original Shipping: All shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
5. Processing and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund of the purchase price will be granted to your original method of payment.
